On October 17-18, Anna Kiersztyn and Stefan Bienkowski took part in the Social Boundaries of Work conference in Wroclaw. Anna Kiersztyn presented a paper prepared jointly with Katarzyna Kopycka entitled. “Good luck trying to become a professor if you don’t have family money”. – prolonged fixed-term employment at labor market entry in Germany, Poland and the UK. Stefan Bienkowski presented the results of qualitative research conducted as part of his doctoral thesis in a paper entitled “I’m better out of the system – on my own”: the experience and meaning of non-standard employment in Poland.
